Nigel Swaby and Foreclosure Help Site

Yeah things didn’t work out with Nigel Swaby helping me turn this blog into a foreclosure assistance site. See more on Nigel’s Don’t Hate Casey blog.

What can I say? We didn’t see eye-to-eye. He is a good guy though. Maybe we can do things in the future together.

I am glad, I am getting better with partnerships and impulse control. Instead of rushing into a contract and backing out like before, I took my time with Nigel.

We spent a lot of time talking and feeling each other out to see if this foreclosure site deal is going to be WIN-WIN.

We more or less agreed on all the business aspects of the deal. There was still the personal factor to address, which is very important. In the end it came down to a difference of personality and conflicting views on what I should be doing for my job / financing.

I still want to turn this blog, the media exposure and my search engine position - which I have been blessed with - into a foreclosure resource and help site. But I can’t afford to sink a lot of time into it. Besides I can’t do this solo.

I need to form some strategic parterships and/or bring onboard experts who are better, smarter, faster and smarter than I am.

Do you know anybody who can help?

  • I dont think you’re going to find a single sane person with investment captial, time, or money in general that wont have “difference of personality and conflicting views on what I should be doing for my job / financing.”

perhaps it should occur to you that you are the problem, not the solution.

  • Casey:

I’ve been busy and not up to date on things.

I just saw your early Friday posting - your Friday night Cash Call fundraising effort - then your April Fool’s day post.

Don’t know what to make of it.

Did you or did you not purchase the stock on Friday?

Do you know anybody who can help?”

Any kid in the 5th grade can help. They meet all the qualifications, especially the double smarter one.

Umm, why would they want to partner with you, since you’ve just identified yourself as lesser than them

Traffic is easy to generate on the web buddy. Also, how many business partners have you run through? What makes you think the others would stay?

Hows the money partner? Why doesnt he “help”

Casey, anyone that would want to help you….be associated with you….would want some reassurance that you are legit, upstanding, responsible, accountable……and the best way to show them these qualities is the one thing you balked at with Nigel………………………..yep, GET A JOB. Even if you worked 25 hours a week at Target ringing up the specials. You would have a steady income and some benefits. And still plenty of time to pursue your sweet deals.

So far, your way hasn’t worked out too well.
Why not LISTEN to the professional advice and try that.

No one is just going to waltz over here and help you out because they think you are cute. You need to prove your worth.

  • First post, SWEET.

    Where’s Cotton Swaby?

    ASW: MOGUL!

I need to form some strategic parterships and/or bring onboard *Expers*” who are better, smarter, faster and smarter than I am.

    Who needs a college edumacation?

    SWEET!!

  • “search-engine position –which I have been blessed with” -

You can thank your haters for that. They ‘blessed’ you with the traffic and controversy.

“I need to form some strategic parterships and/or bring onboard expers who are better, smarter, faster and smarter than I am. ”

Heck, Casey… a trained ape could fit that description.

  • I’m the Devil, i can help you, give me your soul

  • If you need to bring people who are smarter/faster/stronger/better than you, what do you bring to the deal?

Surprise, surprise. Things did not work out. Thatsems to be a recuring theme in your life.

Maybe its because you might have had to actually work at it? Nah, that can’t be it…you are such a hard worker.

All that extra time you spend sitting on the can so the wheatgrass can come out is tough you know, and opening mail every day takes alot out of a guy. Why don’t you go reward yourself with some Macoroni Grill, I mean you must have taken at least 15 thousand breaths in the last 24 hours. That’s very hard work you know, maybe you should take a nap to recharge yourself…

  • You made a good decision to not get involved with Nigel Swaby.

It’s a great idea for the site but you need to really take your time and not jump into anything. Even if you get a really good offer, take the time to see what other options might be available.

    Patience is a virtue.

“I need to form some strategic parterships and/or bring onboard experts who are better, smarter, faster and smarter than I am.”

The fact that you used “smarter” twice (and misspelled partnerships….plus used the non-word “onboard”) kind of says it all. ANYONE can qualify.

  • “I still want to turn this blog, the media exposure and my search engine position - which I have been blessed with - into a foreclosure resource and help site.”

For whom? Can you name us a single reason, just one, why anyone would want your help for anything related to real estate.

This blog has done nothing for you, you have been getting plenty of good advice, but since you haven’t followed any of it - well.
Instead I’m guessing this blog will prevent you from getting a job in your one area of expertise, web development, because employers in that field will google you before hiring you.

  • Foreclosure assistance???

    Buying stock when your broke???

Yeah Casey, I know what will help…

Buy some more stock in maybe lets say….Enron. I bet they got some sweet deals going today!!! Youve already got that “fore” thingy down to a science. You know, foreclosure, forgot, foreskin, etc…

I think you should put up a “Mistake Meter” and see how fast you can get it up to 10,000.

The only thing that keeps you from being trailer trash is your too broke to live in a trailer park!!!!

    Julian-The Original Trailer Park Boy
    President-Casey Haters of Canada

    ps. ASW = donation…Yeah right,get a JOB.

  • Nigel’s piece basically confirms what the haters said about you. He was one of your biggest apologists and supporters who could have really helped you, provided that you could find a regular job–any job.

  • “I need to form some strategic parterships and/or bring onboard experts who are better, smarter, faster and smarter than I am.”

If they are better, smarter, faster, and smarter than you are, why shouldn’t they just get together themselves and cut out the middleman (you)? The only thing you bring to the table are your PHP/tech skills–and that is a position that is almost always paid with a salary or hourly rate, not an equity position in the partnership, unless the equity position is nearly worthless. You have no ability to find these mystical sweet deals you keep harping on about.

“It’s a great idea for the site but you need to really take your time and not jump into anything..”

No. Casey does not need to “Take time to think about thinking about..
Those are phrases used by people addicted to avoidance. Casey can come with 1001 reasons to delay put things off wait n’ see consider options do more research invent excuses take a nap have a wheatgrass shot and generally fiddle while his fiscal Rome burns.

Casey is so out of time it’s not funny. For someone so young to have dug such a massive hole is something of an accomplishment I guess. His whole life has been a freakin’ stage rehearsal. He’s paralyzed by fear, indecision, uncertainty, and despair.

Nigel was a hanger on, a parasite, siphoning any kind of fame or notoriety from you - basically your own personal Howard K Stern.

He was a leech, plain and simple. You will do infinitely better than him. Let him furiously blog, swatting away at the keys at his “haters” while Doritios crumbs and old Starbucks cups fly everywhere.

This is a good first step. Nigel was nothing trouble.

I am wasting my time on this blog … again.

Some word of advice from someone in the deal making business (Joint Development projects, NewCos, etc). No one, absolutely No one, credible is going to partner with you.

Only grifters, scammers, and losers will associate with you now

Let me hammer these points home

    1) Tell me one (1) thing, just one (1), thing you bring to a partnership. You’re lazy, evasive, impulsive, not-too-sharp on details, and have a huge huge negative reputation. Your “web traffic” and “marketing” skills have zero, even negative value (eg, who would want to partner with the poster boy for bad real estate investing).

    and

    2) You cannot be trusted. Bluntly, if I am getting in bed with someone, I want to know that they will perform (see #1) and won’t steal my wallet and/or knife me.

Stop this stupidity. Get a job (24 hour a week target job with health benefits sounds nice for a high school graduate, provided you survive the credit bureau check they do) and lay low for a few years. A LOT of crap is heading your way from lenders you *@&%@ over.

    @#9 Devil:

Casey already sold his soul and self respect on Friday night for the CashCall payment.

To buy his soul, you’ll need to negotiate with those who donated money and participated in making Casey into a dancing monkey.

There was a feeling of pity for him on Friday and Saturday, but after Sunday’s post (April Fool’s joke or not), the Friday night participants are willing to “short sale” to you the total sum of their donations.

The catch - you must take Casey away.

    Far away.

We envision a place very warm.

And, you must promise to make him work a minimum wage W-2 job doing the most boring work and feed him only top ramen for all eternity.

We know these conditions are too good for snowflake, however we can’t think of any thing better.

    Any ideas?

And how much are you willing to offer us in a short sale? Total donations came to $368 plus the $240 from the T/Nacho interview.

And finally, with this short sale, can you give us some “sweet” cash back.

    Thank You

I listened to half of your last talk with T while on a plane this AM. Seriously - I can see why you were defensive and ended up being a bit on the attack.

She didn’t really interview you as much as lecture you and tell you what you did wrong and what you need to do to right it. The fur was starting to really fly when we landed, so 2nd half will be interesting…

  • Casey, I’m better, smarter, faster, smarter, less redundant, and less redundant than you are. And less redundant.
And I have a lot of seed capital.
I only require that you have a steady -and LEGAL- source of income. Barring that, I’ll form a partnership with Nigel.

So, no sympathy from me if Annie reneges on her deal with you. Although, you did “try” to be honest, you just don’t have it in you.

My offer will be lower during next month’s Friday night Casey tricks show.

  • You were quite correct to reject this Salt Lake City rube. It looks to me like he was interested only in ripping off your press fame to make money for himself. You have built up a valuable asset, and should have no trouble finding a partner who can help you with your corporate stock investments. Yahoo says GSPG is up almost 3 percent today. If you had taken my advice earlier, we would have taken care of YOUR DEALS and then been in a position to offer advice, assistance and help to others at a PRICE. But like most other things you ignored my offer.
Last chance this could still work. Its up to you.
    You have my Email.

  • Soo…another in the series of failed partnerships floating in Casey’s wake…..

I have no doubt in my mind that if Warren Buffet himself offered to partner with Casey (Lord knows why he’d bother) Casey would find a way to sabotage that too….

The only partnership that seems to have endured any length of time is with G….and that seems tenuous. I somehow suspect Cashcall and Wells Fargo won’t let him shirk his duties in those “partnerships” for much longer before things get ugly there. Casey…at some point it’s gonna hit you that you are currently not a position to dictate any terms….better take what you can….

I’m a journalist who has been watching this story and have been in touch with Annie.

She doesn’t care about KC, G, or anyone else. She is getting a new windshield.

Oh, she’s never going to drink again and is going down the the store to “buy a clue and a life.”

I’ll let you in on a scoop: NBC’s Dateline has a “to catch a….” series. The latest “to catch a con man.” KC may end up being profiled.

You can expect press or media attention KC gets in the future will be negative. The people at USA Today, SF Chronicle, the SF local news station, etc., are disappointed they’ve been taken in by con man KC — they’ve wasted ink, video and other valuable resources.

Nothing will be worse for KC than “being tried” in the media. If no court of law will punish him, the media will.

Suzy Orman is sick sick sick she fell for this.

  • 38. TimeLineGuy
    April 2nd, 2007 at 11:19 am

Ok, you guys are a little bit testy this morning. I took LinelyGirl13’s advise™ and ran my posting through a spelling/grammer™ checker. Here is how it should read (I have t make a note™ to be a better proofreder™:

Man did I get slammed by Nigel Swaby. He litterally ate my lunch and cut my heart out with a dull knife while he sat on my chest watching TV. I so desperately wanting this blog to turn into something - anything at all, and I am a complete useless tool. If you want to read some of the scathing comments he had to say you can go to his blog. I’m toYeah things didn’t work out with Nigel Swaby helping me turn this blog into a foreclosure assistance site. See more on Nigel’s Don’t Hate Casey blog.

What can I say? He called me for what I have become. At every turn as I tried to blame anyone or anything else he shut me don. Each and every time. He’s a real prick, but man was he spot-on. I have to admire him for his candor. If it is the last thing on earth, I’ll never be in his company again.

I keep striking out in any venture I attempt. I continue to be impulsive and keep taking my eye off of the ball (well, every ball except the Blue Ball [that reminds me, I completely blew off AB™ yesterday. He was going to meet me to pay for Blue Ball™. Crap]). My relationship skills are no better now than when I decided to become a real estate titan™ almost a year and a half ago. It’s like “ready, fire, aim”. Damn.

Nigel blathered on and on for over an hour before I finally hung up on him rather than to continue to take his diatribe-like abuse. That’ll show him. I call that WIN-Win™

We couldn’t come within a mile of agreeing on any aspect of doin a eal together. He wanted to maintain control and essentially use me for menial tasks. Right. I am way more valuable than that. In the end, when I hung up on him I realised™ that there was little hope in going back. I pretty well screwed the pooch on that one. Man I’m broke™.

I still want to try and turn this piece of cyberspace into some sort of get rich quick hairbrained idea. Even with the wretched and vitriolic comments, ther’s gotta be a pny in here somewhere. I just want it to be fast and automatic. Nothing on my part. What a friggin curse this place has become. I don’t want to do it by myself. Maybe someone will do it for me and let me have the $$$.

I need people around me to complete my tasks. I just want to be the idea guy and then have others execute for me. That’s all.

I doubt seriously that there is a single solitary person who would agree to do that, but maybe Barnum was right?

    Any takers???

  • to post #4

  • 44. No Money Plus No Money Equals No Money
    April 2nd, 2007 at 11:37 am

I don’t think it’s a good investment idea at all. Marketing to people with no money is a formula for disaster. It needs to be a public service and there is already plenty of help. Not to mention the lending institutions if one is proactive. Not like yourself who just dreamed about solving the problem. It’s a total loser.

    Put a fork in it!

  • You’re getting better at partnerships??

    Name one that’s worked out…

  • Mr. Serin!!!

“I am glad, I am getting better with impulse control. I took my time with Nigel. We spent a lot of time feeling each other.”

  • Get a job Casey.

  • @38: Nothing will be worse for KC than “being tried” in the media. If no court of law will punish him, the media will.

I tend to agree. I’ve done some media work in my time, enough to know how fast a good reporter can turn from best friend to worst enemy. Especially if they feel they’re being played. Can’t wait for Casey to learn that lesson.

What I really enjoy is watching though is that, no matter what the situation, he always manages to somehow pat himself on the back.

Buried under a financial disaster of his own making? Hey, at least he’s taking risks (unlike those W2 loosers)!

Flakes out on deal after deal? He’s getting his impulsiveness under control!

Reduced to begging on the Internet? He’s blessed with sweet website traffic and an awesome supportive community of people who really want him to succeed - he just KNOWS it!

Because after all, he HAS a job - he runs a blog, moderating comments on his PDA while sitting on his sister-in-law’s crapper. That’s hard work, but it’s making money: I mean, he just earned over $300 in one night with his blog! That’s, like, almost $80K a year almost!

This guy could run his grandmother down in the street, drag her disintegrating, desiccated carcass a half mile over hot summer asphalt, and then congratulate himself with a Jamba Juice for staying (mostly) within the speed limit. Everything about him is about floating his self-esteem.

But I hope you’re right. The big problem that I see is that IAFF is getting a constant influx of new readers who take him at face value, because they haven’t been watching his nonsense since day one. He plays well to the maternals and fellow crooks-in-training.

Meanwhile, aside from a handful of diehards, the longtime critics are starting to bail. So unless either the legal hammer falls or the media finally has him for lunch, this could go on for months or years.

    April 2nd, 2007 at 12:03 pm

If my memory is correct, this is the latest in a long string of business relationships which end almost as soon as they begin.

In every one, the business partner cuts all connections and, essentially, runs away from Casey as fast as they can, as if he were toxic.

Do you see a pattern here?

Perhaps it could be that you bring to these business arrangements…..NOTHING OF VALUE???

As soon as the other party decides to ignore his words, i.e. discovers that they are evasive, deceptive, pie-in-the-sky, irresponsible…etc.etc…….and looks at what he actually does…..they vacate the premises.

I used to think there might be a future for the lad after a few years of maturity. Now, it’s beginning to look like he may go on like this for a long time…

    MAYBE FOR LIFE!!

So, sure, I’ll be glad to offer it towards an interview with Rob Dawg or Ogg (or Homey, but I think that one will cost $0).

Unfortunately, I think my $70 will stay in my pocket, but add it to your $250 and see what happens in a month when he’s desperate again. And we all know he will be again unless he’s in jail - which I don’t believe will ever happen if it hasn’t happened by now.

I was going to say “scapegoat”, but that would imply more innocence than he’s carrying with him in this whole debacle.)

Oh yeah, nice stock purchase, Casey — NOT! A friend of mine had some of those type shares, and they even were “in the black”, till he tried to sell them! The buy-sell spreads are kinda high. If you know what that means. Anyway, I bet you had a hard time fishing through all your spam to find that gem. Don’t worry, if it doesn’t pan out, more hot tips are rolling into your inbox hourly. Ouch.

What I find amazing is that people actually fall for Nigel’s line. The guy changes his allegiances like a snake changes its skin, but because he’s criticizing Casey, all of sudden people think he’s great. I guess all most posters here want is for people to agree with them. Me, my opinion of Nigel has sunk even lower. I could understand him changing his mind over a period of time, but one day he’s attacking your attackers in the most slimy, strident way he can, and the very next day he’s throwing you over, without a hint of shame, without a whiff of “I was wrong.” Either way note that good old Nigel is doing his best to make sure nothing sticks to him. Anybody who thinks that Nigel cares about anything but himself, or lets anything like honesty or morality interfere with self-interest, is an even bigger fool than Casey.

Nigel’s the kind of guy you should NEVER turn your back on.

    As for you grasshopper:

“I need to form some strategic parterships and/or bring onboard experts who are better, smarter, faster and smarter than I am.

Do you know anybody who can help?”

As many have already said, you bring nothing to the table. Absolutely nothing. You don’t have any money, and now you can’t get any either. You don’t know a thing. You have no skills, no smarts, and no work ethic. The only sort of partners you are going to get are people like Nigel, who think they can work out an angle to use you and then toss you aside once they’re done.

The only thing you’ve got going for you is that you are SO useless that’s even hard for the con artists to use you in any way. Even cons rely on the mark acting in their own best interest - something you are stunningly unable to do. You’re the sort of person who would enter into a Nigerian scam with the highest hopes and end up making the scammer give up in disgust.

  • Well Casey what do you bring to the table?

Why should someone who is “better, smarter, faster and smarter” than you spend their time on you?

Your innate ability to see SWEET deals?
    Your God given talent?
    Your vast experience?

Come on, I’m not being a hater. I am trying to be a sounding board for you. Just a reality check.

So what do you bring to the table?

I saw the Suze Orman preview. What’s the point? Remember Richard Hatch? He only defrauded the government out of $300,000. I think there are some similarities in the stories. Not the gay part though.

Oh…did I hear you right on the interview? Did you say “it’s not fraud anymore because the bank is getting them back?”

  • Why haven’t you put some advertising on this site? I’m sure Google will forgive you for all the fake click-throughs. If not Google, then some other internet ad company would surely be happy to put some ads on your site. Sure beats doing tricks and begging for money on a Friday night!!

  • Hey Casey -

If you did buy at .0034, and sold when it was at today’s high .0040, you made $650 - SWEET! If you sold at today’s low .0030, then you lost $520. If you stayed the course (no buy or sell) you ended the day up $160.

So - did you REALLY buy the stock - or was it a joke?

  • I think you should do what George Costanza did. He knew that what he did just made his situation worse. So every impulse he had, he did the exact opposite. After doing that then he started to get somewhere in life.

So look at if from your point of view. You don’t want to get a job, there fore you don’t have reliable steady income. If you did the opposite you would! Sweet. That is a win-win for you and the people you owe money to.

You want to do more sweet deals. DON’T. That will keep you from screwing up again and getting further into debt. Win-win again.

    See where this is going?

Instead of resisting everyone’s sound advice and doing things the Casey way, try admitting for once that you don’t know what you’re doing and are tired of swimming with the sharks. And maybe, just maybe you might learn enough to get yourself out of this mess. After all it isn’t over when the last foreclosure goes through, those were the only things could have made you money(well that and idiots that donated money to you).

  • Here is another thing about you…when we criticize you for things like expensive real estate schools, you ignore the fact that you spent lavishly with money that you didn’t have, and focus on some future benefit. You see, you spend money foolishly.

I think that real estate is a very secure way to riches personally (maybe not so much this year, but overall) but to go into hock fo $22k to scaminar institute is very foolish. Do you see the difference?

I don’t think you are connecting the main themes here. People give golden advice here, some of it should be common sense, but for some reason it is not clicking with you. I hate to see you getting ripped off, and I must speak up about it. Please listen.

I think maybe you’re on to something. I only listened to bit of his conversation with T, but I noticed he was distinctly testier with her than in his previous podcasts, even though she said nothing new. Perhaps he particularly dislikes having some “uppity woman” dare to criticize him.

It’s pretty obvious from his views on marriage that Casey isn’t the most progressive type, but perhaps it goes further than that.

  • Casey, have you considered that your religion might be the problem? Perhaps its time to change your faith to one that can offer you tangible power in the here and now rather than vague, pie-in-the sky promises of a rainbows-and-puppydogs heaven. Perhaps it is time for you to explore the Left Hand Path, to walk the Darker Road. You must awaken your Kundalini power, Casey. Raise the dark serpent from your lower chakras and let the divine fire burn your impurities away. Do you know what its like to feel your Third Eye open, Casey? The ecstasy is indescribable.

Casey, I highly recommend you embrace the Path of the Aghori. More information can be found here:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aghoris
    and
    http://www.adolphus.nl/sadhus/shiva.html

Casey, so much power awaits you…power over yourself, mastery of your subtle body, power over others. Lord Shiva beckons you, Casey. Embrace him in his wrathful manifestations. Bow before Lord Yama, garlanded in human skulls. Ask Kali Ma for guidance, her tongue lolling and her eyes rolling in fury. Learn the arts of the vajroli: worship your partner as Sakti and absorb her female essence, Casey. Discover the divine fusion of Shiva and Sakti, participate in he eternal love play that is the manifested universe, the adamantine ganachakra of being.

Treading the Left Hand Path under the guidance of Lord Shiva, all the formalities of life become repugnant: marriage, occupation, position, official accolades and recognition. But this is only temporarily valid, then once the yogi has attained a state of enlightenment a wonderful and ordered world arises from this in accordance with the law of inversion. The brothel bars have now become divine palaces, nauseating filth has become diamond-clear purity, stinking excrement shining pieces of gold, sluttish prostitutes noble queens, insatiable hate undying love, chaos order, anarchy the absolute state. Embrace it, Casey.

  • Why not partner with some BK attorneys or maybe debt consolidation firms? They are the only guys who can do anything with leads from families in foreclosure.

Why would you try to partner with a mortgage broker guy like Nigel Swaby? How could he possibly make money off guys in foreclosure? What’s he going to do sell them a new mortgage to refi the old one that’s in foreclosure. He is truly delusional if he thinks that. With values declining and credit standards tightening its like banging your head against a wall.

95% of foreclosures have negative equity (duh, why are they in foreclosure). That’s why a BK attorney could help, in terms of getting rid of any deficiency judgment as well as keeping them in the house as long as possible. Plus many guys in foreclosure have other debts like credit card debt, BMW debt, Cash Call debt, gambling debts, boat finance company debt, business debt, checking account overdraft debt, breast implant finance debt, etc. So in general, they could benefit from consultng with a BK attorney.

    Its all good, dude.

    NIGEL SPEAKS THE TRUTH

I read Nigel’s post about Casey’s latest failure; his failed attempt to put together a foreclosure resource website.

From the looks of things, Nigel is absolutely correct in his take on Casey.

They had an agreement, Nigel had put a considerable amount of time and resource into putting it all together—and then Casey backed out of the agreement.

So, add Nigel to Duance, Chris, CashCall, Countrywide, PRlinkbiz, NLL,—-the lengthy list of people to whom Casey makes a promise, then flakes out.

The lenders and business owners are the good guys here.
    The bad guy is Casey.

Nigel’s post is very polite and charitable. So was the poor CashCall guy on he phone, polite and businesslike.
    So, undoubtedly, were the others.

To just ciriticize Casey for being in denial is, in my opinion, being overly kind of Nigel. Casey is still a con man, down to his bones. He is completely untrustworthy. There is no other plausible explanation for this unbroken string of failed Casey ventures.

Yes, this is all entertainment for us. We can only hope Casey gets involved in penny stocks, commodities, and more begging.

But let us not forget the not-so-funny truth of the kind of person he really is.

  • It’s smart to do joint ventures or partnerships. A lot more people have done way worse than you. and those that think they are way better than you think they are better because they have a stable job… couldn’t be farther than the truth… Keep going and take the opportunities given to you…

Is it true that you were still trying to do an illegal cash back at closing scheme as of late February when you were in Utah?

In the past you’ve claimed that you didn’t know that it was illegal, which was probably a lie. There’s no longer any excuse for misunderstanding the laws on your part. You know that it’s illegal, even if you possibly weren’t aware of that in the past.

Is his statement true or not?

    http://www2.blogger.com/commen.....Popup=true
“His upbeat attitude when we viewed the progress his wrap buyers had made suggested to me acceptance, but his continued search for a “sweet” cash back at close real estate deal suggested denial.”

  • “I need to form some strategic parterships and/or bring onboard experts who are better, smarter, faster and smarter than I am. Do you know anybody who can help?”

Yes, that would only be about 97% of the world population. However, no one with an IQ higher than room temperature would be stupid enough to enter any kind of LEGAL business partnership with you.

    Casey,
It’s a sad state of affairs when you feel the need to delete advice, but Roger Smith is not going away that easy. Come to grips with the reality, your investment days are over. File for Bankruptcy and end these delusions of grandure. Your FICA 495 and $500,000 or more in the hole. You realize people who only owe 1/10 of what you do, with better FICA scores and an actual source of income are advised to file, but you just keep chugging along.

Finacial Adviser:”Casey do you have a regular source of income? You know a job.”
Casey: “No, not exactly but I have a web site with 50,000 hits a day! I’m the poster boy for the Forclosure’s and a deligator!”
Finacial Adviser: “Ok, thats a no then. Casey by the way its 2007 not 1999 web hits are not money being famous as an example of what not to do is also not a very profital pursuit. True most people don’t have 50,000 hits a day but most people don’t have lower then a 500 FICA score either”

You thought you had a clever idea using your web site as a modern day pan handleling gimick and all it got you was $378.28. That is not really a major accomplishment, that is almost entirely a one time deal with little chance of exceeding that amount. Also it is begging but I imagine you will forfite self respect for the sake of the buisness. You are not going to be getting another $378.28 next week, you have milked this site for about all the pennies you could get out of it. When Trump and IBM post earnings they leave off the change. $378.28 though, wow thats something if you double it you still could not pay a months mortgage on just one of those houses you bought and thats your big pay day, don’t spend it all in one place. Too late, you payed creditors. Let’s face it Nigel is not exactly Yahoo! or Google, he was not going to through a whole lot of cash at this web site if any. As meger as Nigel was the plan still did not pan out.

    -Keep Living the Dream!

Hey casey, why don’t you do another podcast?? With recent developments, this would be entertaining. Plus there seems to be people putting up money to hear it.

  • Obviously you want a “Sugar Daddy.”

You expect someone to support you financially, without question, while you refuse to provide yourself with an income from productive work.

You basically expect someone else to do ALL the WORK ..AND clothe and feed you

    in exhcange for WHAT, exactly?

Good luck. You want some kind of charity. But most charitable people want to help those that A. Didnt get in their situation through fraud and B. Help themselves.

If you DONT want charity and actually want a BUSINESS deal, then things will need to be done on your partner’s terms, not yours.

Just give up, get a “regular job”, file BK, and sell your sites.

I’ve now had a long look through this site (not everything but a lot more than when I first posted) and I now feel I am watching the web equivalent of car crash TV, only I don’t when it will actually crash and I can see what some other people are thinking about it.
I was right with my first post. You have fallen for RE scam get rich quick dreams and you actually believe it. You won’t say anything against your “teachers” who have had $22,000 out of you and taught you next to nothing. You then go off buying RE and say you were never taught about cashback deals (i.e. denial that your “mentors” may have got something wrong). You still refuse to name names even when you are in the mess you are in now. Equally, you don’t seem to be going back to them for advice now for some reason. Care to explain?
I doubt you will file for BK soon either. You said back on 7th October that you were seeing a BK advisor “next week” was it? But I can’t find any details of that meeting. Maybe I missed them. Can you tell me anything more?
The other reasons you might not want to file for BK are, of course, the risk that it will not be accepted because of fraudulent activity. You may risk also having to explain what “sweet deals” you have in the pipeline as I would be surprised if they are not taken into account in BK rules in CA. But then neither of those reasons have really got through to you, have they? You just want to ignore the possibility and dream that some “sweet deal” will magically fall into your lap and solve all your problems.
You won’t accept that you got it wrong, you got scammed by the RE courses and you still believe that somehow you “deserve” to make a living without working at it. I now believe the reality of your situation may not hit you for months, (maybe never) at least not until your unsecured creditors start taking your goods for Sheriff sales or however in works in CA. Equally, given the publicity your situation has had, the regulatory authorities might well feel like making an example of you over the mortgages and somewhere down the line you will prosecuted and the powers that be will want to make sure you are “hung out to dry”.
I don’t think I will have much more to say on this blog in future as 1. most of it gets said by others and 2. you won’t take much notice of people who share my opinion. I will keep watching to see what happens.

    Casey,

You are like this guy Kevin Trudeau who has a series of late night infomercials to help you lose weight. Too good to be true type of stuff! He’s a felon working people for their money:

Trudeau’s legal problems are long-standing. In 1990, he posed as a doctor in order to deposit $80,000 in false checks, and in 1991 he pled guilty to larceny after he had provided false information to obtain credit cards which he used for his own purposes. He spent two years in prison because of this conviction (Choi, 2005). In Natural Cures, Trudeau claims that he has learned from his experience, and is now motivated to help people (as opposed to making money for himself).

I hate people like this, and like you!!

  • Anyone who displays a desire to be associated with you should be immediately disqualified as a potential partner.

  • UnReal (72)-

You’re late to the party. I tossed Snowflake the “Costanza Principle” months ago.

Of course, he ignored that…like he does all sensible advice.

  • “I need to form some strategic parterships and/or bring onboard experts who are better, smarter, faster and smarter than I am.”

When your blog was in its infancey many people fitting this description came here and offered you sage advice. You didn’t listen to any of them. You didn’t listen to Duane or Nigel, either. Why in the world would anyone else offer to try to mentor you when you have shown time after time that you are not willing to face the reality of your situation?

  • The best is truly one you already know ! Good luck, I hope you find what you need.

  • “I need to form some strategic parterships and/or bring onboard experts who are better, smarter, faster and smarter than I am. Do you know anybody who can help?”

    Casey,

You keep deleting my posts but I will keep sending them. I presume you deleted them because I am asking you to come to grips with your situation. You want read posts that say “Good job” or “Hang in there your ship will come in”, these posts are just egging you on for further failure. They provide no advice that can save you and they re-enforce that bubble you exist in.

Honestly why are you so opposed to filing for Bankruptcy? It really is the most sensible thing to do given the hopeless situation you are in. This website is not going to bust open next week like a giant piggy bank to bail you out, sure you might be able to pan handle a few hundred bucks out of it from donations but that is not going to cover the late fees. You are HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of dollars in debt, and any worthwhile investment plan you might have is not going to save the day and cover all those debts. Even hair brain plans that yield enormous profits still take months if not years to mature; you don’t have that kind of time.

    Scarcity Mentality Casey! Good luck

  • This blog reminds me of the movie The Producers. The more failed the concept the more money Casey makes. I am refering to cash call Friday night. I know you will find a way to capitalize on all of your failures and I suggest watching the Producers if you have not yet seen it.

Leave it to Leo Bloom to figure out the possibilities in having the worst show on Broadway, and yet, make a bundle by collecting a small fortune from innocent old ladies investing their savings in it. It’s no wonder Max Bialystock jumps for joy upon hearing about how to really succeed in show business without really trying!

This 1968 version of Mel Brooks’ “The Producers” is a much better film than the recent one unveiled at the end of 2005. We had watched the original movie some time ago and we thought it was quite funny. On second viewing though, some of the fun one had that first time, seems to have disappeared somehow. It seems inconceivable, but this time we found little to laugh about, although this version should have been the definite one because of the presence of Zero Mostel and Gene Wilder is far superior than the stars seen on the latest version.

Zero Mostel was a colossus in the New York stage. He was a man who could do anything at all and still give an honest performance to everything he did. It was Mr. Mostel’s misfortune to have been blacklisted at a time where his career was at an all time high. When film work stopped, Mr. Mostel had the theater to go back. Who knows how far this actor would have gone if he hadn’t been a victim of the McCarthym that ruined many lives.

Zero Mostel made a creation out of Max Bialystock. This was a man who had seen better days in his producing career days and now finds himself dodging his creditors because he doesn’t have the money to pay his debts and has to rely in his stable of old ladies for living. Zero Mostel was the perfect man to play this larger than life character.

Gene Wilder, whose second film this is, showed from the beginning to be a genius in the movies. His Leo Bloom was an excellent creation and his chemistry with Zero Mostel seems to be real. The film owes a great deal of its success to Gene Wilder who acts as the straight man.

In supporting roles we see Kenneth Mars as the lunatic author of the musical. Christopher Hewett is the gay director who turns the material into a great musical. Lee Meredith makes Ulla fun to watch. Dick Shawn who plays Hitler, makes a good impression. Also some other faces in the cast, Estelle Winwood, Renee Taylor, William Hickey, Frank Campanella, Madelyn Cates, all New York based actors with long experience in the stage and screen.

Mel Brooks was going for laughs, and at times, he succeeds brilliantly.

  • What on earth is a “foreclosure resource and help site”? If someone is in foreclosure, the only “resource” that will “help” them is cash and you don’t have any. What advice can you give? YOU couldn’t avoid foreclosure- how are you going to help anyone. What a dope.

  • A previous commenter said “search engine traffic is easy to come by”. In fact the opposite is true - people pay huge amounts of money for search engine traffic and all indications show this blog has it.

For a web business traffic=cash and it is very easy to monetize users with affiliate products, text links and contextual ads.

Casey, drop me a line if you’d like to discuss things.

  • deal gone good? What would the response have been then? I’m guessing I would still be the subject of all the “haterz” wrath. Tell me what you think. The other response to look at was Casey’s himself. He pointed out he had learned something and wasn’t jumping at opportunities. Instead of rushing into a contract and backing out like before, I took my time with Nigel. I suppose from the standpoint of going slow to negotiate a deal we did, but that was something I controlled.

  • would be. Again, I don’t feel bad or sad for this guy either. If you think Nigel is a do-gooder who’s trying to graciously help someone out or stick up for the underdog, think again. I’ll just keep pointing out the fact that this guy took a business meeting with Casey and was just moments away from turning Foreclosure Avoiders into a two-man flop. Nigel, you need to learn that business, marketing and success consists of more than just coming up with a really dumb name, creating a blog and hyperlinking yourself into
