Listing Criteria

We don’t fool around. We know there are a lot of unsavory and incompetent sharks out there, cruising the foreclosure seas, so we only list those we feel very confident about. Further, we have a concrete set of examination criteria which serve as a MINIMUM for being listed. Here are some points of our screening (which we may exceed, as we “feel out” a particular firm):

  • Training – does the firm’s attorneys have the latest training available for handling foreclosure defense?
  • Case history - we look at recent cases the attorney has handled to ascertain whether they are displaying competence and going to the fullest extent possible to defend their clients.
  • Clients – we talk to their clients to determine how satisfied they were with their representation and the outcome.
