		<description>I bought a 4plex in Texas (new construction) , the builder carried the paper until he said it was conplete. When a bank gave in a loan.  Now, I find out that the construction is faulty and not safe to rent.
What is my remedy? (rescind the eight month old loan and rescind builders contract)</description>
